Rewards overview

A straightforward guide to your reward mode and the rewards available to you.

Your rewards, without the guesswork

A reward earned after a settled game, a cash award at a VIP milestone and a reload paid over several weeks do different jobs. This guide helps you tell them apart and find the answer you need.

Housebets has two reward systems: 50% Rakeback Mode and Hubie Rewards. Your selected mode determines how new eligible play earns rewards.

Start with your reward mode

What matters

50% Rakeback Mode

Hubie Rewards

Main approach

Instant Rakeback at 50% of eligible theoretical house edge, plus Level-up Rewards at half normal progression speed

A range of play, progression, scheduled and personal rewards

Level-up progression

Half the normal XP

Normal applicable XP

Milestone cash awards

Unchanged; progression is slower

Cash at qualifying milestones

Other rewards from new play

No new Cashback, Weekly/Monthly Bonuses, VIP Reloads or discretionary Hubie rewards

Available under each reward’s eligibility and terms

50% does not mean half your bets or losses back. It refers to the theoretical house edge used to calculate eligible Rakeback.

Wave 2

Three distinctions that save confusion

Earned, available and paid are different stages. Progress or an estimate tells you something is building. The claim status tells you whether it is available. A confirmed reward record tells you what was credited.

VIP Reload, Weekly Bonuses and personal reload offers are separate rewards. Once claimed, a VIP Reload gives you rewards to claim for at least four weeks. A Weekly Bonus follows its own period; a personal reload offer follows its confirmed terms.

Cashback uses negative carry. Weekly and Monthly Bonuses do not. An on-chain Cashback override changes the applicable rate, not that carry rule.

Before you make a change or claim

Check your selected mode, the exact reward name, its period or schedule, and its confirmed status. Previously earned rewards and accepted schedules keep their terms when you switch modes; the mode recorded when a wager is placed determines its treatment.

If something does not look right, ask Hubie to explain it or have the reward record reviewed. You do not need to place another bet to get an answer.

Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% mode

You continue to earn Instant Rakeback and Level-up Rewards in 50% Rakeback Mode. Level-up progression runs at half the normal speed (½×): the same eligible play earns half the XP it would in normal Hubie Rewards mode. That means twice as much equivalent eligible play to make the same level-up progress. The cash award at a qualifying milestone stays unchanged.

Does 50% Rakeback Mode freeze pending rewards?

Switching to 50% Rakeback Mode does not freeze or cancel rewards you have already earned. Anything already available remains claimable. Pending rewards and accepted reload payments continue to become claimable on their existing schedules, under their original terms and claim windows. You do not need to switch back to claim them. New play in this mode simply does not add to those other rewards.
