Check Rewards and any official reload message sent to your account. Read the reward name, amount, currency, claim timing and expiry. If the offer is unclear or you cannot find its claim instructions, contact Housebets support with the original message.
Is this the weekly reload?
The regular weekly reward and a VIP reload offer should not be assumed to have the same schedule or conditions. Use the exact reward name when asking for help. Do not apply the weekly countdown to a separate VIP arrangement unless its terms say so.
If a reload is missing
Tell support which offer you are checking, the claim time and any error. A reload being offered, becoming claimable and being credited are separate stages. Support needs the relevant offer and payment record to confirm what happened. No extra deposit or wager is needed to ask for a check.
