For a deposit offer sent to you by email, the conditions in that email apply. Check the required deposit amount, wagering amount and time window before deciding whether to use the offer. The qualifying deposit must be one single transaction — several smaller deposits adding up to the amount don't count. When the conditions are met, the bonus appears on your Rewards page as claimable; claim it there.
Read the offer as one set of conditions
Keep the original email so you can refer to its exact wording. In particular, check:
How much you need to deposit for that offer.
What wagering the offer requires.
The period in which the qualifying actions must happen.
Any personal eligibility or other conditions stated in the message.
The offer applies only to the account that received the e-mail. Don't substitute the terms of a different promo code or another player's offer. If a condition is unclear, ask support to explain that offer before acting on it.
How the turnover requirement works
When an offer carries a turnover requirement, it is expressed as a multiple of the deposit — the multiple is stated in the offer email. Not every game counts towards it equally: wagering contribution is weighted to each game type's house edge. Sports bets count 100%, slots 88–92%, blackjack 25%, and other table games contribute less than slots. The Rewards page and the offer terms show the exact figures for your offer.
How the deposit value is checked
The deposit is valued in USD at the moment you deposited. A later change in the coin's displayed USD price does not describe its value at that earlier time.
For example, when checking whether a past crypto deposit met an emailed USD threshold, the relevant comparison is the deposit's recorded USD value at deposit time and the threshold in that email. It is not today's exchange rate.
If a reward has not appeared
Contact support with the offer email or its subject and date, your deposit reference and the play you believe qualified. Include the amount, currency and approximate times. Support can check which deposits and wagers counted towards that particular offer.
Do not make another deposit simply to test whether a reward appears. First ask the team to check the existing records and explain any unmet condition. No offer removes the risk of losing money.
