Instant rakeback relates to eligible casino bets and is shown in Rewards when an amount is available to claim. It is not the same as a casino win, a daily reward or a refund of your full stake.
Check the correct reward
Open Rewards and find Instant Rakeback. Review the amount and status, then use the claim control when available. Check the result before submitting again if the page pauses or reports an error.
A programme can exist without a positive amount currently claimable for your account. Do not assume the absence of a button means every bet failed to count. The recorded eligible play and current claim status need checking.
Why a wager total is not enough
Reward calculations depend on eligible activity and programme terms. Sportsbook bets do not earn casino rakeback or lossback. A casino example should not be used to promise a reward for a sports ticket.
The current regular-rakeback terms specify 0× reward wagering. Separate deposit, verification or withdrawal requirements can still affect the amount available to withdraw after a claim.
For a missing or failed claim, tell support the reward type, approximate time, currency, amount shown and any relevant bet or claim reference. A claim button click is not proof that the credit completed; use the recorded outcome.
