When an eligible level-up award appears as claimable, open Rewards and claim it there. Your VIP level, award definition and actual claim are separate records.
Check the milestone
Look at your current XP and VIP level on Rewards.
Find the level-up reward for the level you reached.
Review the amount, currency and any applicable claim information.
Submit the claim and check the result before trying again.
Instant rakeback, weekly reloads and monthly bonuses are different rewards. Their cards may show unrelated amounts or periods.
What amount should appear?
Use the award shown for the relevant level and your account. A level-up definition is not proof that a particular award was credited already. An exceptional account arrangement or another player's reward is not a universal entitlement.
If the new level is shown but no claim appears, tell support the level, approximate time and current status. If claiming failed, include the error and say whether the balance changed. Do not assume a missing button means the award expired or that a second attempt is necessary.
XP is progress, not cash. A deposit by itself does not reach a level, and there is no need to keep wagering while an existing award is being checked.
