Crypto deposits
To deposit via crypto, click the Wallet button in the top navigation bar
In pop-up window select the crypto you would like to deposit, copy selected crypto deposit wallet address or scan a QR code.
You will always see your Deposit wallet address you copy, minimum deposit amount, number of confirmations needed for your deposit to be successful and estimated time for your deposit to arrive on your account.
Once confirmed, your balance will update automatically in your wallet.
What is the minimum deposit amount
The minimum deposit amount is $10 in each respective currency you'll select.
Please ensure you have entered the correct wallet address, coin, and network before making a deposit, as refunds are not possible for incorrect transactions.
Deposits are usually processed instantly. In rare cases, depending on the cryptocurrency and blockchain, it may take a little longer. If your account is not updated after 60 minutes, please review the deposit and contact our support team with your TXID (transaction ID).
