All withdrawals at Housebets are processed in cryptocurrency. Make sure you have a personal wallet address ready before you begin.

Email confirmed: Your Housebets account email must be verified
KYC completed (if required)
Sufficient balance: Your balance must cover the withdrawal amount plus the blockchain network fee
Correct wallet address: Always double-check your wallet address and network before confirming — transactions cannot be reversed once submitted
Wagering requirements met: If you have an active bonus, check that wagering requirements are completed before requesting a withdrawal
Step-by-step guide
Log in to your Housebets account
Click your balance or the Wallet icon in the top-right corner
Select Withdraw from the menu
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
Select the network — if the currency supports multiple networks (such as ERC-20 or TRC-20 for USDT), make sure it matches your receiving wallet exactly
Enter your wallet address — paste it carefully and verify it before proceeding
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw — the estimated network fee will be shown below the amount field
Click Withdraw, then Confirm
Check your email — a confirmation link will be sent to your registered address. Click it to authorise the withdrawal
Once confirmed, your withdrawal will be processed. Most withdrawals arrive within minutes; some may take up to 24 hours depending on the blockchain network.
⚠️ Important: Housebets is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address or wrong network. Always verify both before confirming.
Where will the funds be sent?
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you enter at the time of the request. This does not need to be the same wallet you deposited from, but it must be a wallet you own and control that supports the selected cryptocurrency and network.
What happens next?
Once you click the email confirmation link, your withdrawal enters processing. You'll be able to track its status in your Transaction History. When it shows as Completed, the funds have left Housebets — use the TXID to track the transaction on the blockchain if needed.
