The Housebets Affiliate Program rewards genuine referrals. Every referral code and promotion must follow the Affiliate Fair Play Policy and the programme terms shown in your dashboard.
Activity that is not permitted
Self-referral: using your own code on your account or registering accounts through your own referral link.
Misleading promotion: deceptive or unethical marketing, impersonating Housebets, or implying you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Restricted audiences: targeting minors or people in prohibited jurisdictions, including promoting VPN use to access the platform.
Unapproved brand use: using Housebets branding without prior written approval or bidding on Housebets branded search keywords.
Harmful claims: presenting gambling as a career, guaranteed income or a way to recover losses.
For example, a post promising that a referral bonus will help someone win back losses would conflict with this policy. So would encouraging someone to disguise their location to use your link.
Before you publish a promotion
Read the current terms for your affiliate account. Make the offer and its conditions clear, and obtain written approval before using Housebets branding where the policy requires it. Owning a referral code does not make you a Housebets employee or give you authority to promise an account decision.
If you are unsure whether a campaign or brand use is permitted, ask support before publishing it. Include the proposed wording or material so the question can be assessed in context.
Consequences of abuse
Attempts to abuse or cheat the programme may lead to forfeiture of commission earnings, account suspension or closure. These are possible consequences under the policy, not a promise of a particular outcome in every case.
