Open the Affiliate Program dashboard to review your referral codes, earnings and any commission available to claim. The base commission rate is 10% on the house edge of your referred players' play; the exact conditions of your account are in your agreement and dashboard. Commission claims have a monthly limit — see the affiliate terms.

Choose the code and time period relevant to your question. An invitation, qualifying activity, accrued commission and a completed claim are different records. A referral appearing in the dashboard does not by itself establish a particular payment.

If a claim control is available, review the amount and currency and check the result after submitting. Do not treat an earlier displayed earnings total as proof that the same amount is currently claimable.

Tell us in the chat the code, the period, the amount/status shown and the entry you mean. You don't need to share the referred player's details. The team can check the attribution and applicable program terms without you asking the referred person for their login credentials.

Do not create accounts through your own code to test earnings. Self-referral and misleading promotion are prohibited.
