Open the Affiliate Program dashboard to review your referral codes, earnings and any commission available to claim. The rate and conditions in your own agreement apply; do not use a percentage quoted for another affiliate.

Choose the code and time period relevant to your question. An invitation, qualifying activity, accrued commission and a completed claim are different records. A referral appearing in the dashboard does not by itself establish a particular payment.

If a claim control is available, review the amount and currency and check the result after submitting. Do not treat an earlier displayed earnings total as proof that the same amount is currently claimable.

Give support the code, period, amount/status shown and the specific commission or claim entry. Keep another player's personal details out of public chat. The team can check the attribution and applicable programme terms without you asking the referred person for their login credentials.

Do not create accounts through your own code to test earnings. Self-referral and misleading promotion are prohibited.
