A referral link and a promotion code are different things. A referral identifies the invitation associated with an account; redeeming a bonus code does not automatically change that referral relationship.

Use the intended referral link and check the code shown in the registration flow before completing the account. Read the programme's terms and register only one personal account.

Ask support to check the referral recorded for your existing account and whether a correction is available. Do not create a replacement account to use a different code, and do not assume that opening a new referral link changes an existing attribution.

Give support the code or link you intended to use, when you registered and what the account or referral page shows. This is a request for a check, not confirmation that a change can be made or that a reward will be backdated.

If your question is about a rejected promotional code, include that code's announcement and error instead so it can be checked as a redemption issue.
