Redeem a Housebets promo code from profile icon → Transactions → Redeem Code. Codes are announced through official Housebets channels and by email; there is no fixed release schedule.
Redeem a code
Sign in to the Housebets account that is eligible for the offer.
Open Transactions → Redeem Code from your profile menu.
Enter the code exactly as it appears in the announcement or email.
Read the result shown on screen and any conditions attached to the offer.
A code sent personally to you by email is for your account only. Do not assume a code from someone else's email is available to every player.
“Invalid or expired”
This message can appear when the code's claim limit has been reached or its time window has ended. Recheck the original announcement for the code and its conditions, including whether it is a personal offer.
If the code still appears valid for your account, contact support with the code, where you received it, the time you tried to redeem it and the exact error. Do not send a password, authentication code or wallet recovery phrase with the request.
Finding official offers
Use Housebets on X, the official Telegram community, email offers and the Discord link on the Housebets website. Be careful with lookalike accounts claiming to sell codes or asking for an account login to activate an offer.
A promo is optional. Its conditions explain eligibility; they are not a reason to deposit or wager more than you intended.
