A Tequity game did something different from the action I selected

If a Tequity Original appears to register a different action from the one you selected, stop and keep the round details. For example, a Blackjack action dispute needs the game’s action record as well as its final result.

What should I send support?

Include the game name, provider, round reference, approximate time and timezone, and a clear description of the action you selected and what appeared instead. Mention any disconnection, delayed response or error. If you already have a recording, share it through the support route when requested; do not place another bet to reproduce the issue.

Does a settled result prove what happened?

No. A round marked settled shows a recorded outcome, but it does not by itself establish which input reached the provider. Support needs the matching round and relevant Tequity records to investigate the discrepancy.

Tequity supplies the provably fair verification for its Originals. That verification concerns the recorded game result; it does not independently settle a disputed button action or confirm a refund.

Keep your existing support reference when following up. A reported issue or investigation is not confirmation that a refund has been approved.
