How should I read betting statistics and profit or loss?

Betting statistics describe play over a stated period. Deposits and withdrawals describe money moving into and out of the account; their difference is not automatically your gambling profit or loss.

Check the labels first

  • Wagered: the stake included in the stated report, not a deposit total.

  • Bonus: the qualifying reward or bonus credits included by that report.

  • Profit/loss: the player's result under the report's stated calculation. A positive player profit is different from a positive house revenue figure.

Read the dates, timezone, currency and treatment of pending bets or refunds before comparing reports. A Today view and a last-seven-days view can overlap; do not add overlapping periods together.

For a simple completed cash bet, 15 units returned from a 10-unit stake is 5 units of betting profit. That example does not decide how a broader report includes bonuses, open sports tickets or adjustments.

Ask for a clear report

Tell support which period you need—for example Today, last 7 days, last 14 days or last 30 days—and ask for the dates and currency to be shown. If a number looks wrong, provide the report and the transaction or bet you believe is missing.

A short recent-bet list is not necessarily the complete history for a period. Use a complete report rather than adding a few visible rows.
