Check the current prohibited-jurisdiction rules for your circumstances. Being able to sign in from home does not establish that the same access is permitted while travelling. The rules apply even if your account, wallet or payment method was created elsewhere.

Do not change your apparent location, provide false details or open another account to get around a region message. Support cannot turn a general chat reply into an exception to the applicable rules.

First identify whether it blocks the whole site or only one game. A provider's game restriction and a site-wide eligibility restriction need different checks.

Tell support your current country, the exact message, the page or game affected and whether it began after travelling or changing connections. You do not need to send an identity document just to describe the error.

If your concern is a remaining balance, transaction record or existing bet, say that explicitly. You can ask for help with the account issue without trying to resume gambling.
