Why is my account or game blocked by location?

A region message can mean that Housebets is unavailable where you are, or that a particular game provider cannot offer its games there. Start by checking whether the message affects the whole site or just one game.

A region message can mean that Housebets is unavailable where you are, or that a particular game provider cannot offer its games there. Start by checking whether the message affects the whole site or just one game.

Check what is blocked

  1. Note the exact message and where it appears: sign-in, registration, the lobby or inside a game.

  2. Open the Terms of Service and check the current prohibited-jurisdiction rules. Use that page rather than an old screenshot or a country list shared in chat.

  3. If only one game is affected, note its name and provider. A provider restriction does not, by itself, tell you the status of your account.

What about a VPN?

The Terms distinguish general privacy use from using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions. Changing your apparent location does not make you eligible to play. Do not create another account or enter false location details to get around a block.

If the message seems wrong

Contact support through Housebets chat or email [email protected]. Include your username, current country, the page or game affected, and a screenshot of the error. Hide unrelated personal information.

Tell the team whether the problem began while travelling or after a connection change. They can investigate the message; a chat reply cannot grant an exception to the applicable restrictions. If you need help accessing account information or a remaining balance, say so clearly without attempting further play.
