1. To withdraw your crypto click the "Withdraw" button in your profile.
2. Select the currency along with the network from the drop-down menu, and enter the wallet address where you want the funds to be sent.
Note: Please make sure you have entered the correct wallet address, coin, and network before confirming the withdrawal, as incorrectly processed withdrawals are non-refundable and irreversible.
Depending on the cryptocurrency and chain used, it can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 60 minutes for a withdrawal to be completed. If your account is not updated after 60 minutes, please review the withdrawal and contact our support team with your transaction ID (TrXID).
Please note that a blockchain fee will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
