Most withdrawals at Housebets arrive within minutes. If yours hasn't, work through the checks below before contacting us — in many cases you'll be able to resolve it yourself.
Step 1 — Check notifications on your account
When you request a withdrawal, we send a confirmation email to your registered address. Your withdrawal will not be processed until you click the link in that email.
If you haven't confirmed it yet, check your inbox (and your spam folder). Click the confirmation link, then allow a few minutes for the withdrawal to process.
Step 2 — Check the status in your transaction history
Log in to your account, open your Wallet, and select Transaction History. Find the withdrawal and check its status:
Pending — being processed, or awaiting your email confirmation
Completed — sent from our side; check the blockchain (see Step 3)
Not completed - The funds are available in your balance.
Step 3 — If status is "Completed", check the blockchain
If the transaction shows as completed on our end, the delay is on the blockchain network. Copy your TXID from the transaction history and paste it into a blockchain explorer:
BTC → blockchair.com
ETH / USDT (ERC-20) → etherscan.io
TRX / USDT (TRC-20) → tronscan.org
BNB → bscscan.com
This will show you the real-time status of your transaction on the network. Blockchain confirmation times vary — BTC can take 10–60 minutes during peak congestion.
Step 4 — Check your account verification status
Withdrawals may be held if your account requires additional verification. Go to Profile → Settings → Verification and check whether any action is needed.

If your withdrawal has been in Pending status for more than 24 hours, or if you've completed all the steps above and still haven't received your funds, contact our support team with the following details ready:
Your registered email address or username
The withdrawal amount and currency
Your TXID (transaction ID) from your transaction history
