Check the recipient carefully, select the currency and enter the amount. Use the review step to check the recipient, currency and amount again before confirming. Enter any required verification only in the official Housebets form, never in a message to the recipient or support.

The displayed wallet balance is not necessarily the amount you can tip. Cleared funds, account eligibility and applicable tip limits affect what the form allows. Follow the amount and validation shown; do not send several transfers to work around a restriction.

Check the result and the Tips record in Transactions before trying again. If confirmation is unclear, avoid immediately resending the same amount.

Contact support with the tip reference where available, recipient, currency, amount and approximate time. Do not assume a confirmed tip can be reversed. Never send a tip to someone claiming that payment is required to unlock support, verification or a reward.
