If tipping is available to your account, open the other player's profile from social chat and choose the tip option. A tip is a transfer to another player, separate from a game bet, a deposit or a withdrawal to your own wallet.

Check the recipient carefully, select the currency and enter the amount. Use the review step to check the recipient, currency and amount again before confirming. Never share your password or two-factor code with the recipient or anyone in chat.

Tips are sent from your withdrawable balance, so the amount you can tip can be lower than the balance shown in the header. If you see a 'tip limit' message, it is an automatic safety check that clears on its own — wait a little and try again rather than splitting the tip into several transfers. If it keeps blocking a tip, tell us in support chat and the team will look at it.

Check the result in your transaction history before trying again. If confirmation is unclear, avoid immediately resending the same amount.

Contact support in chat with the recipient's username, currency, amount and approximate time. Tips you receive have no wagering requirement — they land on your balance as cash. Never send a tip to someone claiming that payment is required to unlock support, verification or a reward.
