If you still have access to your authenticator, you can turn off two-factor authentication in Settings → Security. If you have lost access, use the account-recovery route instead of trying to bypass the check.
When your authenticator is available
Sign in and open Settings → Security.
Find Two-factor authentication and choose the option to disable it.
Complete the security checks shown in the form. Depending on your account, the flow may ask for your password and an authentication code.
Confirm the change and check that the settings page reports the updated state.
Only enter security information inside the Housebets flow. Support does not need your authenticator setup secret, backup codes or a current login code in chat.
Moving to a new device
Make sure you have a working way to access the account before changing devices. Once you have completed the change, enable 2FA on the device you will use and store any recovery information securely. Do not leave a screenshot of a setup QR code in a shared photo album.
Lost your device or codes?
Email [email protected], preferably from the email connected to your account, and explain that you cannot complete 2FA. Include your username and what access you still have. The team must check account ownership before making a security change; a request alone does not mean 2FA has been removed.
If you suspect someone else accessed the account, mention that immediately so the team can assess the security issue as well.
