Use Forgot password on the Housebets sign-in screen if you cannot remember your password. If you registered through a linked provider or wallet, first check whether you normally sign in through that method instead.
Reset while logged out
Open housebets.com directly and select Log In.
Choose Forgot password.
Enter the email associated with your account and follow the reset instructions sent to you.
Create a strong, unique password and return to Housebets to sign in.
Keep the reset message private. A password-reset link should not be pasted into chat or forwarded to someone offering to complete the process for you.
Change a password while signed in
Open Settings → Security and choose the password-change option. Complete the prompts shown, including email or other security checks if requested.
The email has not arrived
Check spam or junk folders and confirm that you entered the account’s email without a typing error. If you can still access account settings, check the email shown there. If you requested more than one reset, use the current instructions rather than mixing details from different messages.
If the link does not work, note the error and request help through official support. Do not register another account as a workaround.
Email [email protected] with your username, the email issue and any non-sensitive error text. If you no longer control the account email or suspect unauthorised access, say that clearly. Never include the old password, a new password, a reset link or a 2FA code.
