What the policy explains
The policy describes the account, device, payment and verification information Housebets collects. It also explains the purposes of processing, including account operation, identity checks, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Verification information may be shared with the relevant compliance providers and, where required, authorities. This is different from making your documents public. The policy states that Housebets does not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention and requests
Verification records are subject to applicable retention obligations. Closing an account or requesting deletion does not necessarily mean every record can be removed immediately. Refer to the current policy for the available access, correction, deletion and other data-rights requests.
If you need to raise a privacy question, email [email protected] and say that it concerns personal data. Describe the request and the account involved; do not attach more identity information than the team has asked you to submit through an approved process.

Share error wording rather than screenshots of your full documents when asking for troubleshooting help.
Never send passwords, authentication codes, seed phrases or private keys.
