The entire document must be visible — no cropped edges
All text must be clearly readable — no blur, glare, or shadows
Photos must be in colour — black-and-white images are not accepted
The document must be flat when photographed — no folding or bending

Common reasons photos are rejected
Glare from a light source covering part of the document
Fingers partially covering the document
Image taken at an angle rather than straight-on
Document photographed on a patterned or busy background
Text is pixelated or too small to read
Tip: Take your photo in natural daylight without direct sunlight. Place the document on a plain, dark surface and hold your camera directly above it.
