Use Settings for editable account details and preferences. A username, identity detail, display setting and payment preference have different purposes; changing one does not automatically change the others.

You can edit your username in the profile settings and follow the form's validation. For an incorrect legal name, birth date, address or other identity detail that you cannot edit, ask support about correction on your existing account. Do not alter a document image to make it match an incorrect entry.

Billing information used for a payment is separate from an identity-verification decision. Saving a billing detail does not mean verification is approved.

The account view can include currency display, reward-claim currency, language, odds format, marketing emails and privacy preferences. Use the controls currently available to you and check that a change was saved.

Changing the displayed fiat currency changes presentation; it does not swap cryptocurrency balances. A reward-claim currency is a separate choice from the currency selected in your wallet.

If a control is unavailable or a change fails, tell support the setting and exact message. Do not send passwords or verification codes with the report. For a request about access, correction or deletion of personal data, refer to the Privacy Policy.
