Source of funds concerns where the money used for the relevant activity came from. Source of wealth concerns how your wider wealth was accumulated. Read the request carefully so you answer the question actually being asked.

Use the approved secure process supplied with the verified request. Follow its document types, date ranges and quality requirements. If the scope or upload route is unclear, ask support to clarify it before sending sensitive information. Do not assume an arbitrary document will satisfy the request.

Do not send financial documents to community chat, social accounts or an unfamiliar link. You can ask support to verify a request using its wording and reference without attaching your documents to ordinary chat.

An upload confirmation does not mean the review is complete. Check the recorded status and any further request. Support can explain the next required step, but a general FAQ cannot promise an approval time or confirm that a restriction has been lifted.
