The monthly play period closes on the 1st of the following month at 00:00 UTC. Check Rewards for the resulting monthly bonus and its claim status; period close does not guarantee an immediate midnight credit.
Eligibility and the play month
Published monthly guidance makes the bonus available from Gold 1 (100,000 XP) for the August 2026 play period onward. For example, the September monthly calculation relates to August play, not September deposits.
Earlier periods used different eligibility. An older reward paid below Gold 1 does not establish eligibility under the later rule. If you crossed the threshold during or after the month, ask support to check that period's applicable treatment.
Why does the amount differ?
The reward uses eligible casino activity and the applicable monthly terms, including the monthly rakeback/lossback allocation. It is not a fixed percentage of your deposits. Sportsbook bets do not earn casino rakeback or lossback.
Read the current unlock message and amount shown for your account. If the result is unclear, provide support with the play month, level and amount/status you see.
Claiming
Review the claim window and currency before submitting. A claimable reward and a completed credit are different stages. If a claim reports an error, check its recorded result before trying again; do not make another deposit to test the bonus.
Set your monthly rakeback and lossback balance
Open Rewards and find the Rewards Slider.
Select Monthly. This selects the setting for monthly reward cycles.
Move the slider towards rakeback for more allocation to eligible-play rewards, or lossback for more allocation to the net-loss-based component.
Select Save and check the confirmation for the next monthly period.
Weekly has its own setting. Saving Monthly does not change Weekly. A saved change applies from the next monthly cycle; it does not recalculate a reward for an already locked cycle.
The displayed split describes your allocation between the two components, not a promised percentage of your wagers or losses paid back. Read the complete slider guide for current-versus-next settings and saving both periods.
