The current weekly reload period closes on Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Open Rewards to check your weekly period, eligibility and the reward available after calculation.
Period end is not the same as payment
The countdown identifies the period boundary. Your reward still needs its recorded calculation and claim state; a timer reaching zero does not confirm that money has been credited to your balance.
Use the dates on the reward when comparing it with your play. An older weekly reward and the amount accruing in the current week are different records.
What affects the amount?
Weekly rewards use eligible casino activity and your applicable reward terms, including the weekly rakeback/lossback allocation. The slider percentage is an allocation between components, not a guaranteed return of that percentage of your losses. Your monthly allocation is separate.
If Rewards shows an unlock requirement, follow that programme's current eligibility information. A previous reward or another player's level does not establish your entitlement for this period.
Claim or ask for a check
Review the amount, currency and claim window before claiming. If the reward is missing or you disagree with it, send support the weekly period and the status/amount shown. The settled calculation uses the terms for that period; it should not be estimated from today's deposits or another player's reward.
Set your weekly rakeback and lossback balance
Open Rewards and find the Rewards Slider.
Select Weekly. This selects the setting for weekly reward cycles.
Move the slider towards rakeback for more allocation to eligible-play rewards, or lossback for more allocation to the net-loss-based component.
Select Save and check the confirmation for the next weekly period.
Monthly has its own setting. Saving Weekly does not change Monthly. A saved change applies from the next weekly cycle; it does not recalculate a reward for an already locked cycle.
The displayed split describes your allocation between the two components, not a promised percentage of your wagers or losses paid back. Read the complete slider guide for current-versus-next settings and saving both periods.
